National Trust properties at Felbrigg Hall and Blickling Hall are within an easy drive as is the medieval city of Norwich with its castle cathedral galleries theatres cinemas and fine shopping. A choice of golf courses can be found within 5 miles. Thorpe Market village boasts a restaurant and pub serving meals (¼ mile) the nearest shops are at Roughton (2 miles) and Cromer (5 miles) offers more extensive shopping.
